Pflückuff was a town in Saxony, which existed from 1994 to 2008. On 1 January 2009 it was incorporated into the county town of Torgau in Saxony, Saxony North County.

Geography

The district lies to the south of Torgau Pflückuff between the Elbe in the east and the Dahlen Heath in the east and south. Nearby places are the county town of Torgau ( 3 km) and Belgern (10 km). 81 percent of the district area are in the conservation area (46 percent belong to the natural preserve " Dahlen Heath " and about 35 percent of the conservation area " Elbaue ").

History

The community Pflückuff established on 1 January 1994 by Saxon municipal reforms of the formerly independent communities Losswig, Beck joke Mehderitzsch, Staupitz and Weßnig. On 1 January 2009 the municipality Pflückuff was incorporated into the county town of Torgau.
