Philip Lavery

Philip Lavery ( born August 17, 1990 in Dublin) is an Irish rail and road racing cyclist.

Philip Lavery won the 2008 Rás on Turcaí Galway. The next year he was able to repeat his victory there and he was third in the road race in the U23 class at the Irish Cup. In the 2010 season, he won two stages in the Irish Sea Tour of the North, and so could the Appreciation decide for themselves. He also won a stage at the Tour of Ulster and at the Commonwealth Games, he won on the track with the Northern Irish team the bronze medal in the team pursuit. End of the 2010 season he rode for the Irish Continental Team An Post - Sean Kelly as a trainee, where he was able to recommend a professional contract in 2011.
