David McCann

David Patrick McCann ( born March 17, 1973 in Belfast ) is a former Northern Irish road racing cyclist.

McCann was 2001 CCC Mat pro and then one year at Volksbank - Ideal and team - Endurasport.com Principia. From mid-2004 to 2006, he drove the Giant Asia Racing Team, also he still returned in 2008 and 2010 to 2012 twice. The multiple Irish champion in the road race and time trial celebrated his success at the international level, especially in Asia and finished the 2005 season with a fifth place in the UCI Asia Tour, a result which he fourth still able to increase in 2010. After a victory in the Herald Sun Tour 2005, he was also seventh in the UCI Oceania Tour 2006.

End of the 2013 season he finished his career as a professional cyclist.
