Philip Reeve
Philip Reeve ( born February 28, 1966 in Brighton ) is a British writer.
He attended the Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology ( CCAT ) and worked as a bookseller and illustrator. His 2001 debut album, released Mortal Engines convinced both readers and book review.
