Phillip Hinkle

Phillip D. Hinkle (born 25 December 1946 in Peru, Indiana ) is an American politician of the Republican Party.

Life

Hinkle studied at Indiana State University. Since 2000 he is a Member in the House of Representatives from Indiana. Hinkle is married and lives in Indianapolis.
