Pietro Arcari

Pietro Sante Arcari ( born December 2, 1909 in Casalpusterlengo (LO ), Italy, † February 8, 1988 in Cremona, Italy ) was an Italian football player.

His brothers Angelo and Bruno were also footballers, so dive Pietro Arcari in many statistics as Arcari III.

Career

Arcari played as a striker and was in the first half of the 1930s an important player in the team of AC Milan, for whom he hit a double-digit yield in Serie A regularly brought into existence. In 1936 he moved to league rivals Genoa, with whom he won the Coppa Italia in 1937 and for which he ran aground until 1939. After three seasons at Cremonese in the C series Pietro Arcari ended his career after the season 1942/43, which he spent with Napoli in Serie B. In total he played 255 Serie A games, scoring 79 hits.

In 1934 Pietro Arcari of coach Vittorio Pozzo was a total of six times in the squad of the Italian national team and also scored for the Italian squad for the World Cup 1934 in their own country. Although he never came at an international match for use, he was with the Squadra Azzurra world champion.
