Pillar (Band)

Pillar is a Christian rock band that was founded in Kansas, USA, 1998.

Band History

Initially Pillar had a crossover -like style, which more and more changed with each new album to the Hard Rock. From their second CD Fireproof over 300,000 units have been sold.

The album Where Do We Go from Here from 2004, reaching number 74 on the Billboard charts. In August 2006, the EP Nothing Comes for Free came in limited edition of 10,000 pieces on the market. 2008 Pillar released their album For the Love of the Game. Followed in 2009, the LP Confessions.

2006 Pillar in CCM Magazine was voted the best nu-metal band in the world.

On April 10th and 11th 2010 Pillar played two concerts in Germany. Once on the Balinger rock festival and a day later in Emden in East Frisia. In October 2011, she played for the second time on the Festival Rock Without Limits in Balingen.
