Pin Malakul

Mom Luang Pin Malakul ( Thai: หม่อมหลวง ปิ่น มาลา กุล, born October 24, 1903 in Bangkok, † October 5, 1995 ) was a Thai educator, writer and politician.

Life

Training

ML Pin was born on 24 October 1903 as the sixth child of Mom Rajawongse Pia and Thanpuying Sa - Ngiam Malakul. He has 12 other siblings. With nearly seven years, he came in 1910 to the Boys' School Suan Kulab - Wittayalai School ( Thai: โรงเรียน สวน กุหลาบ วิทยาลัย 1910 he came to Vajiravudh - boarding ( Thai:. วชิราวุธ วิทยาลัย ) Vajiravudh College, then: Royal Pages School). On March 7, 1922, he reached London, where he studied Pali and Sanskrit at the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies. In England, he became friends with other Thai exchange students, including Prince Dulbhakara Worawan, Visuddhi Krairiksh and Phanom Thephasdin which he already knew from his time at the Royal Page School. 1924 ML Pin was adopted at Brasenose College, University of Oxford, where he completed his Oriental Studies in 1928 with a Bachelor of Arts. Career
