The Pine Mountain is a ridge of the Appalachian Mountains, which passes through three states of Kentucky, Virginia and Tennessee in the United States of America at a distance of 200 km. The mountain range begins near Jellico, Tennessee to the vicinity of Elkhorn City, Kentucky. The highest point is the peak Birch Gap 998 meters above sea level and is located east of Whitesburg, Kentucky.

The ridge with a saddle height of 354 m is crossed at only one point from the Cumberland River in Pineville, Kentucky.

Many natural parkland and trails are located along its offshoots, such as Pine Mountain State Resort Park and Kingdom Come State Park Breaks Interstate Park, Kiwanis Park Raven Rock, Kentenia State Forest, Pine Mountain Trail State Park and the Little Shepherd Trail.
