Piyapong Pue-on

Piyapong Piew -one ( Thai: ปิยะ พง ษ์ ผิว อ่อน - pronunciation: [pi ː - já -p ʰ on p ʰ iu - ʡò ː n], different spelling: Piyapong Pue -On, born November 14, 1959 in Prachuap Khiri Khan ) is considered one of the most famous Thai football players. He finished in 19th place in the selection of Asia's player of the century.

Piyapong played between 1984 and 1986 in the South Korean K -League at Lucky - Goldstar Hwangso. Between 1981 and 1997 he was a striker of the Thai national football team. With 103 goals for the national team, he is the top scorer of his country.
