Pleyben

Pleyben ( Breton Pleiben ) is a municipality with 3687 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Finistère department in Brittany in France. Pleyben is the capital of the eponymous canton with a total of 10 municipalities.

Geography

Quimper is 30 kilometers (km ) southwest, Brest 55 km north-west of Paris and about 550 km to the east. In Châteaulin and Quimper there are regional stations. In Quimper and Brest are regional airports.
