Description
Pontia daplidice is a small to medium-sized butterfly that is different from most other white bodies through his green-gray spots on the hind wing undersides. A similar pattern is found at the orange tip, but much divided, and the Alpine - veined White ( Pontia callidice ), but where it follows the veins. He is habitually indistinguishable from Pontia edusa ( Pontia edusa ). Studies of the genitals are the only way to distinguish between these two types.
