Pozuzo District

Pozuzo is a district in the province of Oxapampa in the department of Pasco, at the eastern edge of the highlands in northwestern Peru. Capital is the village Pozuzo.

The district was established in November 29, 1918 during the government of Peruvian President José Pardo y Barreda.

Current governor of the district is Hugo Schmidt Trinidad ( 2006).
