Punta Colorada is a small town in Uruguay.

Geography

It is located in the area of ​​Maldonado Department in its sector Punta Colorada 3 lies on the coast of the Río de la Plata west of Punta Negra and south-east of Piriapolis. A few kilometers north springs from the Arroyo de la Barra Falsa.

Population

Punta Colorada had 92 inhabitants in 2011, of which 51 male and 41 female.
