Quarto! is a relationship of strategy board game for two players.

History

Thought it was the Swiss mathematician Blaise Muller ( born August 28, 1948 in Peseux, Switzerland ). In 1985, Müller for Quarto! the price Concours International de Jeux de Société de Créateurs. The game was released in 1991 Gigamic, 1994 FX Schmid and The Great American Trading Company, Pressman Toy Corporation in 1998 and 2006 in Windows Live Messenger.

Regulate

On a 4 × 4 field 16 stones are sold, which differ in four properties:

These properties are distributed so that there are no two of the same bricks. Alternately, players choose from a stone, which the opponents placed on the board. The winner, who combines four stones with at least one matching property in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row.
