Queen Jane (musician)

Queen Jane, real name Jane Nyambura (born 1964 or 1965, Gatanga, † 29 June, 2010 Nairobi ) was a Kenyan singer.

Queen Jane gained particular fame in the 1990s through her ​​song Mwendwa KK. Early in her career she was one of the formation of stars Mbiri, but left that in 1991 to establish Queenja Les Les.

On 29 June 2010 she died 45 years old in St Mary's Hospital in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
