Quick (sportswear)

Quick is a Dutch sports equipment manufacturer, which was founded in 1905 in Hengelo ( Gelderland).

Company histories

Quick produced shoes and clothes for many sports, but was primarily known for its football shoes. The brand expanded between 1950 and 1975. 1928 yielded Quick official running shoes for the Olympic Games in Amsterdam. The company expanded from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. After that, but was forced by the competition on the defensive and made 1992 an operation.

2001, ten years after cessation of operation, Quick started again in the community Strijen. Where the Quick soccer articles, they produced today mainly retro fashion and shoes. Many models from the period 1905-1992 are now made again.
