Radim Nečas

Radim Necas ( born August 26, 1969 in Valtice ) is a former Czech football player and current football coach.

Playing career

Radim Necas began playing football at Slezan Frýdek- Místek, at age 15, he moved to Banik Ostrava. There, the midfielder made ​​his debut in the season 1987/88 in the first division. In the early 1990s he was one of the most prolific midfielders of the league and was committed in July 1992 for about 25 million kroner from Slavia Prague. He was the most expensive player of the Czechoslovak league after Dragiša Binić. In Prague, it had Necas due to the high transfer fee not easy, but one of the service providers. 1993/94 he was a seven-goal top scorer of the team.

After the season Necas joined Union Cheb and debuted at the end of the season 1994/95 in the Czech national team. As Union Cheb was forced to declare bankruptcy in 1996, Necas went to the Greek first division club Skoda Xanthi. After only half a year he returned to the Czech Republic and played back from now on for FK Jablonec 97 in early 2000 seemed to be a change to the Chinese club Liaoning Fushen possible, but ultimately failed.

In 2000, he tried a comeback at Slavia, after coach František Cipro had prevailed against all internal resistances, but left the club after half a year in the direction of Slovan Bratislava. In early 2003, it looked as though he would go to the SK Hradec Králové, finally he went to the third division AFK Chrudim. He then played for the club unterklassigen Viktorie Jirny and simultaneously acquired the coaching license.

Coaching career

2005/ 06 trained Radim Necas a junior team at Slavia Prague, in mid-2006 he took over the third division side FK Bohemians Prague, after only five games he was released. In early 2007 he was assistant coach at second division FK Zenit Čáslav. For the season 2007/ 08 he took over the B- team of FC Slovan Liberec, in early September 2007, he was an assistant coach at the first team. In February 2010, Necas took over as coach in the Slovakian first division side FK Senica. For the 2010/11 season Necas was coach of third division side Arsenal Ceska Lipa.

His son Radim Necas junior is a professional football player.
