Rafael Barber

Rafael Barber Rodríguez ( born October 2, 1980 in Aielo de Malferit, Valencia ) is a Spanish footballer who plays in the Spanish Segunda División plays for Deportivo Xerez.

Playing career

Rafael Barber began his career as a footballer in Segunda División B, the third Spanish League with FC Ontinyent. He is a real late starter. From 2002 to 2005 he played for three years as a regular player and prolific offensive man still in the Segunda B for UB Conquense. In the summer of 2005, at age 25, he played for the first time in professional football at Recreativo Huelva. After just one year Barber rose with his team in the Primera División. He remained faithful to Recreativo five years - even after relegation in 2009 In 2010, he moved within the Segunda División to Deportivo Xerez. .
