Raivis BelohvoÅ¡Äiks
Raivis Belohvosciks ( born January 21, 1976 in Riga ) is a former Latvian cyclist.
Life
His greatest achievement was the victory at the Belgian stage race Three Days of De Panne in 2003. Moreover, he was able to secure victory at the Chrono des Nations time trial and Grand Prix d' Europe, as well as the Latvian championships in this discipline. After the 2011 season, he finished his career.
