Rally for Culture and Democracy

The Rally for Culture and Democracy ( RCD abbreviation, Berber Agraw i Yidles d Tugdut ( GDG ), French Rassemblement pour la Culture et la Démocratie; Arab التجمع من أجل الثقافة والديمقراطية ) is a political party in Algeria, the secular and liberal goals represents and has its stronghold in Kabylia; Kabylia is one of the poorest regions in Algeria and home to the Berber-speaking Kabyle.

Party Leader of the Rally is Saïd Sadi, the presidential candidate of the RCD in 1995 and 9.3 percent in the 2004 elections won 1.9 percent of the vote.
