Rally for Culture and Democracy

The Rally for Culture and Democracy ( RCD abbreviation, Berber Agraw i Yidles d Tugdut ( GDG ), French Rassemblement pour la Culture et la Démocratie; Arab التجمع من أجل الثقافة والديمقراطية ) is a political party in Algeria, the secular and liberal goals represents and has its stronghold in Kabylia; Kabylia is one of the poorest regions in Algeria and home to the Berber-speaking Kabyle.
