Ramblin' Jack Elliott

Ramblin 'Jack Elliott, and Elliott Charles Adnopoz ( born August 1, 1931), is influenced by Woody Guthrie American folk singer.

Elliott grew up in a New York Jewish family and left home at age 15 to join the rodeo shows. After his return, he learned to play guitar and began as a " singing cowboy " and others with Woody Guthrie and Derroll Adams occur. Guthrie's son Arlo later said he had only learned the songs of his father Elliott. Elliott influenced folk singers like Phil Ochs and Bob Dylan, on the Rolling Thunder Revue in 1976 Elliott participated. Elliott also appeared in Dylan's film Renaldo and Clara. In 1980 he participated in the second session recording in folk Friends Hannes Waders mill.
