Randall Wallace
Randall Wallace ( born July 28, 1949 in Jackson, Tennessee) is an American screenwriter, film producer and director. He is also active as an author.
Life
In the 1980s he began working as a screenwriter and producer for television. His breakthrough came in 1995 with the screenplay written by him to Braveheart, for which he was nominated for an Oscar. In 1998 he made his directorial debut with The Man in the Iron Mask.
He is currently working with Carlton Cuse on a TV series about the American Civil War in Virginia.
