Random Hero (band)

Random Hero is a band from Erlangen. Their musical style can be assigned to the alternative rock in the broader sense.

History

Random Hero was founded by Uwe Fritzkowsky ( electric bass), Fabian Strangl (vocals, guitar) and Christian Strauss (drums). Following the departure of Christian Strauss in 2006 Danninger Simon took his place. 2007, the band line-up by the guitarist Nick Andrade has been added. In this constellation, the band managed to sign a contract with the label Saarland Antstreet Records, on which in 2007 released their debut album Past is Prologue appeared. After a tour in Germany and some neighboring countries Danninger Simon finished his work in the band. Since then, Jo molded item from Regensburg drummer of Random Hero.

Albums

Following the release of her debut album Past is Prologue ( Antstreet Records / NMD, 2007), the band went for one and a half years on tour in Germany. Here, her song Bonechillers & Stonecasters achieved special popularity in the concert audience. The music video for the song is a compilation of tour - impressions and concert recordings from Turin, Berlin and Nuremberg.

In 2009, the band returned to the studio, this time with producer Nick Scalise ( ex- October Fall / Fueled by Ramen ) from Chicago. Mixed were the recordings of 5Bugs guitarist Flo Nowak and mastered by Kitaro Beeh in Monoposto Mastering Studio, Dusseldorf. On June 10, 2011, they released their second studio album, Lip Sync.

Live

On their tour, the band played, for example, opening for All Time Low, Kilian, Silbermond, Itchy Poopzkid, 5Bugs, Tribute to Nothing, 3 Feet Smaller, Emil Bulls, Death by Stereo, Strung Out, Adam Lambert, and Boys Like Girls.
