Rashin Wurie

Rashin Wurie (* December 27, 1972 in Freetown ) is a former Sierra Leonean football player.

Career

Wurie began his professional career in Belgium where he played for the Boom FC. With boom he succeeded in 1992, the promotion to the First Division in Belgium. After descending 1993 Wurie left the club and joined the second division Beerschot VAC, for which he was active until 1997. According to other stations RAEC Mons and RSC Pâturages he moved in 2000 to Germany, where he played for the former Lok Altmark Stendal and regional league team Eintracht Braunschweig.

Wurie also ran for the Sierra Leone national football team, with whom he took part in the Africa Cup 1996 in South Africa as well as qualifying for the World Cup 1998.
