Real Club de Polo de Barcelona

The Real Club de Polo de Barcelona is a 1897 established traditional sports club in the Catalan metropolis Barcelona. Located in the heart of the city near the Camp Nou club has around 10,000 members. As a sports riding, polo, hockey, tennis and Pádel offered. In the Summer Olympics 1992, the equestrian events were held on the 29 -hectare area of the club, which alongside the equestrian stadium among other things, a polo field, three artificial turf hockey courts, 37 tennis courts and a hockey hall. Throughout history, the club was able to send 48 athletes to the Olympic Games.

Hockey

As of 1907, was played at RC de Polo hockey and finally anchored in 1914 as a department.
