The reason for this approach is the next big census in Albania, which will take place on October 1, 2011 will be questioned in for the first time since the fall of communism and religion, and ethnicity. The Aleanca Kuq e Zi is against such an idea, as she looks at risk so the secular state Albania. With this initiative, the practices of the region would be particularly identified with the Bosnian and Albanian population, uncovered and made public. Although the governments of the respective countries feigned innocence, Serbia imagine passports for Serbian citizens in Bosnia and Kosovo, Croatia of Croatian citizens in Bosnia and Greece do the same in southern Albania.
