Red Line (Dubai Metro)

The Red Line (Red Line ) is one of two currently operating metro lines of the Dubai Metro in Dubai. It is 52.1 km long and extends from the port of Jebel Ali ( Jebel Ali station ) to the district Raschidiyya ( Rashidiya Station ), which is close to the Dubai International Airport. 4.7 km of the route is underground. The line is daily from 6:00 clock bis 22.30 clock, even on Fridays to 23.30 clock in operation. The total journey time from one end of the line to the other is 66 minutes.

History

The Red Line in Dubai is the first metro line within the GCC. Due to non-compliance schedules the opening had to be first placed several times. Underground stations

The Red Line has only 4 located underground stations.
