Refuge du col de la Croix du Bonhomme
The Refuge du col de la Croix du Bonhomme or Refuge de la Croix du Bonhomme is an alpine refuge of the Club Alpin Français ( CAF) in the Savoy Alps.
Location
The Refuge de la Croix du Bonhomme is located on the southwestern edge of the Mont Blanc Massif, slightly below the Col de la Croix du Bonhomme and is a station on the Tour du Mont- Blanc.
Increase
The shortest ascent is possible from the south side. It begins at the pass road to Cormet de Roselend above Les Chapieux at the branch to mountain pasture chalet les Murs (1760 m). The climb takes on this path just under 2 hours. With 4 to 5 hours much longer is the ascent of the north side. He starts at the parking Notre Dame de la Gorge in the Val Montjoie valley community with the Les Contamines -Montjoie.
History
Today's hut was built to replace an earlier building in 1991.

On the way to the Tour du Mont Blanc over the Col des Fours ( 2665 m) to the Refuge les Mottets.
