Reginar V, Count of Mons

Reginar V. (c. 995; † after 1039 ) (French Régnier V de Mons, V. ndl Reinier van Bergen. ) Was Count of Mons.

Life

He came from the family of the Reginare and was the son of the father and the mother Hedwig Reginar IV of France. Grandparents on his mother's side were Hugh Capet and Adelaide of Aquitaine.

He succeeded his father in 1013 after a ( titular ) Earl and Count of Hainaut in Mons.
