Remøya

Remøya (also Rimøya ) is one among the Sørøyane ( " southern islands " ) owned island in Sunnmøre ( Møre og Romsdal ) in Norway. The archipelago is located southwest of Ålesund.

Remøya belongs to the municipality Herøy. On the island are the villages Remøy and Sævik. The island is connected to the neighboring islands Leinøya, Gurskøya, Bergsøya, round and Nerlandsøya with bridges.
