Ren Cancan
Ren Cancan (Chinese任灿灿, Pinyin Ren Cancan, . Born April 26, 1986 in Jining, Shandong Prov / China) is a Chinese boxer. It is three times world champion and won at the 2012 Olympics in London, a silver medal in the weight class up to 52 or 51 kg body weight.
Career
Ren Cancan began to drive as a child in her hometown of sport. First, she worked as a track and field athlete. But in 2002 she moved to boxing and trained at a sports school in Jining. In 2005, she joined the police sports club in Ningbo, Prov. Zheijiang. Your trainers were or are Dong Tian and Chen Tao. Twice stood her career on the brink, even after a broken arm and a second time after the early death of her father when she had lost all motivation. The next international championship for women were held until 2010. In September this year, she was again at the World Championships in Bridgetown world champion in the weight category to 51 kg. She also won in 2010 also at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, defeating thereby Jong Eu -na, South Korea (8:1), Sanju Lama, Nepal ( 10:0 ), Marykom Chungneijang, India ( 11:7 ), which in international women's boxing is only known as Mary Kom and Annie Albania ( 7:5 )
In 2011 she won the first Women 's Asian Cup in Haikou / China to point victories over Peamwilai Laopeam (7:6 ) and Aya Shinmoto ( 6:4 ) and the Grand Prix in Usti nad Labem, in the final Jana Juranova where they from the Czech Republic defeated on points ( 8-0 ).
In March 2012, she competed at the Asian Championship in Ulan Bator.
