René Steinke
René Dan Steinke ( born November 16, 1963 in East Berlin ) is a German actor.
Life
After graduation Steinke trained as a radio technician. In 1986, he starred in the movie examination of the witnesses for the first time a major role. He was accepted at the drama school Ernst Busch in 1989 and finished his education in 1993. Steinke received a firm offer at the Berlin Volksbühne, where he played main roles.
In 1999, Steinke the role of Detective Chief Commissioner (CHD ) Tom Kranich in the produced by RTL German TV series Alarm for Cobra 11 - The Motorway Police and was replaced in 2003 by Christian Oliver as Jan Richter CHD. In March 2005, Steinke returned to the action series and announced in January 2006 its final exit. Tom Crane is shot in Steinke last episode. His last day of shooting for Alarm for Cobra 11 had Steinke on February 8, 2006. Was His immediate successor in the series Gedeon Burkhard (2007-2008).
