Residences of College Park

Residences of College Park are two high-rise residential building in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Residences consist of two high-rise buildings which are 155 and 140 meters high. The northern building was completed in 2006. 2008 was followed by the southern building. The buildings are located on Bay Street south of College Street near the Historic College Park Department Store. The third phase has started and is home to a third high-rise building, which was named as the aura. This occurs at the Yonge Street on the site. The building will on completion be the tallest residential building in Toronto.
