Rex Reason
Rex Reason ( born November 30, 1928 in Berlin, Germany ) is an American actor.
Life
Reason was born during a European tour of his parents in Berlin. He grew up in Los Angeles and attended high school in Glendale. After his education he enlisted in the United States Army. From 1948 he played theater in Pasadena and had 1952 his feature film debut with a starring role in storm over Tibet. After two years as a contract player at Columbia Pictures, he moved to Universal, where he made two films under the stage name Bart Roberts.
The mid-1950s he played in some of the genre of the B movie films attributable Island Earth IV does not respond and the monster is among us. In 1957, he starred with Clark Gable, Yvonne De Carlo and Sidney Poitier in Hamish, the slavers and had subsequently starred in two filmed in black and white B- Western. Between 1957 and 1959 he played the lead role of the Western series The Man Without a Colt, then he played guest roles in other series such as Bronco, 77 Sunset Strip, Perry Mason. 1960 until the cessation of 1961, he played in 28 episodes of the series The Roaring 20's, after which he retired from show business and worked as a real estate agent.
