Rhythm Heritage was an American funk band.

Band History

Rhythm Heritage was founded in 1975 by music producer Steve Barri and keyboardist Michael Omartian, who had previously worked among others for Steely Dan and The Four Tops. There were also the bassist Scott Edwards and drummer Ed Greene. In studio recordings also played some well-known musicians such as Victor Feldman and Ray Parker Jr. their instruments.
