Ri Chol-myong

Ri Chol - Myong (born 18 February 1988) is a North Korean football player.

Career

Ri has performed internationally as a player of the sports group Pyongyang in appearance. In the U -17 World Cup in Peru in 2005, when he came to three missions, he was led as a player of the team not known Muyŏk. Previously, he finished with the U- 17 team to second place in the U-17 Asia Cup 2004.

In 2006 he won the U -20 U-19 Asian Cup 2006. Here, the midfielder scored in the final against Japan his only goal of the tournament and was in the penalty shoot one of the five successful North Korean shooter. In 2007 staged in Canada U -20 World Cup of Ri belonged again to the permanent staff and came at Vorrundenaus in all three games available for use. With the North Korean Olympic team (U -23) in 2007, he failed in the final qualifying round for the 2008 Olympic Games.

In October 2007, he played for the North Korean national team in the two Erstrundenpartien the World Cup qualifiers against Mongolia, saw in the second leg, however, the red card and missed probably because of the participation in the AFC Challenge Cup 2008. In the second round of the East Asian Cup 2010 he was one as a reserve player in the squad and came to use one. He took in early 2010 with a B- selection at the AFC Challenge Cup and the tournament win came in all five games over the full distance to use. In the final against Turkmenistan Ri was the only North Korean penalty taker, who failed in his attempt.

At the World Cup finals in South Africa Ri belonged to the North Korean squad, remained at Vorrundenaus but no use.
