Ricardo Arjona

Ricardo Arjona (pronounced / aɾ'xona / ) ( Ricardo Arjona Morales actually Edgar, born January 19, 1964 in Jocotenango, Guatemala ) is a popular Guatemalan singer and former basketball player. He won a Latin Grammy ( Best Male Pop Vocal Album in 2006 ) and a U.S. Grammy ( Best Latin Pop Album in 2007 ) for his album Adentro. To this end, numerous additional nominations eligible for both prizes.

Life

Arjona was in the village Jocotenango, near Antigua Guatemala, was born. Ricardo Arjona Moscoso His parents are and Noemi Morales de Arjona. At the age of three years he and his family moved to Guatemala City.
