Ricardo Faty
Ricardo Faty (* August 4, 1986 in Villeneuve -Saint -Georges ) is a French football player.
Career
The defensive midfielder started in the youth department of Clairefontaine playing football in 2002 he moved to the youth of Racing Strasbourg. Since July 2004 he played here in the second team; he hit in 27 games once. Before the season 2005/ 06 he was appointed to the senior squad. In his first season in the pros, he completed twelve games - seven of them in Ligue 1
After the descent of the Strasbourg Faty moved abroad and hired the Italian first division club AS Roma, where he signed a five -year contract. For the Roma he played eleven times in Serie A; his debut in the Champions League against Olympiakos Piraeus was Faty. In the Champions League, he came three times for use.
At the beginning of the 2007/ 08 Faty left Italy again. He was loaned for two years at the German Bundesliga side Bayer 04 Leverkusen, where he wore the jersey number 4. Bayer also had an option to buy.
During the winter break of the season 2007/ 08 Faty Bayer 04 Leverkusen left after only half a year, and returned on loan to France to play in the second division FC Nantes. With FC Nantes Faty managed at end of season promotion to the Ligue 1 but the end of the 2008/09 season we got back from Ligue 1. Then Faty returned to Rome. After eight season fires in the 2009/10 season Faty left the Italian capital in 2010 and was committed by the Greek first division club Aris Thessaloniki. His debut in the Greek league was Faty on September 19, 2010, when he appeared as a substitute on matchday, against Panionios Athens, in the 52nd minute for Christos Aravidis. With Aris Faty also played in the group stage of the UEFA Europa League. In the group stage Faty played, among others, against defending champion Atletico Madrid and against his former club Bayer 04 Leverkusen. On the first day of the group stage, scored a sensational 1-0 win over Atlético Madrid. Faty was here the whole game on the court. On the sixth match day against Rosenborg Trondheim, Faty came on in the 88th minute for Koke and steered the hit in a 2-0 draw.
