Richard LeParmentier

Richard Leparmentier (* July 16, 1946 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, † April 15, 2013 ) was an American actor and screenwriter.

Career

Leparmentier 1974 moved to Britain, where he began a career as an actor. His first feature film was Stardust, at the side of the rock musician David Essex, Dave Edmunds and Keith Moon. After the action film Rollerball he played Admiral Motti in Star Wars. This was followed by guest appearances in television series such as The pros and Moonbase Alpha 1 In the 1980s, he has appeared in Superman II - Alone against all, James Bond 007 - Octopussy and in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

In the 1990s he worked as a screenwriter and wrote episodes for the television series The Bill, Boone and Love Hurts.
