Richie Rome

Richie Rome ( * in Philadelphia ) is an American music producer, arranger and orchestra conductor from the seventies. His real name is Richard V. Di Cicco.

Life and work

In the 1960s he began his career by composing music arrangements. One of his first works was a medley of Green Apples and Something that he arranged for the O'Jays.

In collaboration with and as a musical arranger for Jacques Morali, he, in 1975, the disco group The Ritchie Family together, for he is the namesake was the same and produced her albums Brazil ( 1975), Arabian Nights (1976) and Life Is Music (1977 ) with.
