Rick J. Jordan ( born January 1, 1968 in Hanover as Hendrik Stedler ) was sound designer, sound engineer and composer in the German band Scooter

Life and work

Rick J. Jordan learned to play the piano at the age of five years and completed training as a sound engineer. In 1987 he founded then with H. P. Baxxter the synth - pop band Celebrate the Well, which existed until 1992. The following year, he cried with H. P. Baxxter and his cousin Soren Buehler, the band Scooter to life. Jordan was responsible for all aspects of sound design and production of the melodic elements within the band. In addition, he was primarily responsible for the final mix of the productions. Jordan got out after 20 years at Scooter and stood on 24 January 2014, a final time with the band at the final concert of the scooter: 20 Years Of Hardcore tour in Hamburg on stage.

Furthermore, Jordan played as a keyboardist in the Hanoverian amateur bands laser, megabytes, The Matzingers and Never Delay with.

Private

Jordan lives in Hamburg and is with Nikk, with whom he has a daughter married. She is a staff member of the band and former singer of the band Crown of Creation from Hannover.

Before the foundation of the band Scooter Rick founded together with HP Baxxter the band Celebrate the Nun.
