Ridley is the brand of Belgian Race Productions NV from Paal - Beringen, manufacturer of racing bikes and components.

Ridley Bikes Road Bikes provides carbon and aluminum for road and track, triathlon bikes, cyclocross and mountain bikes in the top price segment. The frames are manufactured in the Far East of the OEM company, which also works for Cervélo and Scott Sports. In Belgium, the frames are painted and assembled according to the customer ( customized). Delivered during 2010 25000-30000 units. 2011, the company employs about 80 people worldwide.

History

The company was founded in 1990 by Jochim Aerts in Tessenderlo. His company named Aerts after the British film director Ridley Scott. Ridley was originally made ​​a garage operation and specialist, the road bike frame made ​​to measure and painted frames for other brands and decorated. From 1997, full race wheels from our own development were marketed. Product spectrum
