The Rimpfischhorn is a four-thousand in the Pennine Alps in the area between the Monte Rosa group in the south and the mixing Abel - group in the north. Starting points for climbing are Zermatt or Saas Fee.
The first ascent was made on 9 September in 1859 by Melchior Anderegg, Leslie Stephen, Robert Liveing and Johann Zumtaugwald.
One of the oldest people who ever boarded the Rimpfischhorn, Albert SiebenMorgen was. He was at that time 77 years old.
