Río Ceballos

Río Ceballos is a city in central Argentina, located in the northwest of the conurbation of the city of Córdoba in the homonymous province. It has 16,632 inhabitants (2001, INDEC ).

Río Ceballos was because of its idyllic location in a green, wooded valley mid-20th century one of the first tourist centers of the province of Córdoba, but subsequently lost in importance compared to the locations in the Valle de Punilla. Since the 1980s, Río Ceballos converts more and more into a residential suburb of the city of Córdoba, which is 21 km away and is connected by a four-lane highway with the city. The population growth is very high today, constantly new residential areas are developed, so that remains of the former small-town atmosphere only slightly. Unlike in La Calera, the new residents of Río Ceballos, especially from the upper walks of life come.

Tourism
