Rob Conway

Thomas Robert " Rob" Conway, Jr. ( born November 28, 1974 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American professional wrestler who is known for his time in WWE.
Career
Rob graduated in 1990, the New Albany High School in Indiana now and was already at this time a good athlete. Its main activity was in the range basketball and he also played for the college team of Graceland College. After college, he worked as a fitness trainer and selling sporting goods. In 1997, he saw some wrestlers in Jeffersonville, Indiana, live and decided to teach himself to try it. He was trained by Danny Davis and began his career at Memphis Championship Wrestling.
WWE
Later he was able to conclude a contract with the former WWF (now WWE) and was first sent in their former developmental league Ohio Valley Wrestling. In both leagues, he was in a team with Nick Dinsmore which the names Limited Edition ( MCW ), who wore Borkcin Brothers or Lord of the Ring ( OVW ). In OVW, he and Dinsmore also members of Bolin 's Services along with The prototype, Bull Buchanan and Mark Henry.
As Lords of the Ring, won Conway and Dinsmore 10 times the OVW Tag Team titles, and once the MCW North American Tag Team titles. On 28 April 1999 Conway defeated his own partner to the OVW Heavyweight Championship to win. He lost the title a little later again Dinsmore and up to September 2000 was followed by two more titles profits.
On 20 May 2000, he made his television debut for the WWE. Over the next three years, Conway appeared in sample battles in the B- shows Velocity and Heat, where he worked as a jobber against wrestlers like A-Train, Randy Orton and The Hurricane.
On August 18, 2003, he made his debut in the main show Raw. There he became a member of the team La Résistance with ( Sylvain Grenier and René Dupree ). The trio feuded among others, the Dudley Boyz, The Hurricane and Rosey, and Garrison Cade and Mark Jindrak. In October 2003, Conway suffered an injury that forced him to take a break until 15 March 2004.
After Dupree moved to SmackDown, Conway and Grenier made as tag team further. They won the World Tag Team Championship three times. Their first title reign began when they defeated Chris Benoit and Edge on 31 May 2004. After they lost the title to also give them back, they won the title November 1 for the second time. This time they lost the title after only two weeks to William Regal and Eugene. The third and last time they received the title on 16 January 2005 after they defeated William Regal and Jonathan Coachman (replacement for the hurt Eugene ). On February 7, La Résistance lost the title to finally shelf and its new partner Yoshihiro Tajiri.
Conway and Grenier denied a number of other title fights, but does not win more. Then they separated the team for the time being. As of 2005, Conway feud programs had with Eugene and Jim Duggan. He could also Ric Flair challenge for the Intercontinental title, the title but not received.
On November 15, he was sent back to Ohio Valley Wrestling. There was a reunion of La Résistance together with Sylvian Grenier. They won in the following period, the OVW Southern Tag Team Titles. On 1 January 2007 they picked Conway back to Raw. After a 21 -second fight against Jeff Hardy, he had to lose, Vince McMahon publicly admitted Conway's dismissal known.
