Robert Ford (poet)

Robert Arthur Douglass Ford ( born January 8, 1915 in Ottawa, Canada, † April 12, 1998 in Vichy) was a Canadian ambassador.

Life

Ford completed his studies in English literature and the history of science in 1938 from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Arts in 1940 and joined the Foreign Service. From 1980 to 1988 he headed the International Institute of Geopolitics at the Sorbonne.
