Roberto Kettlun

Roberto Karin Kettlun beshe (born 25 July 1981 in Santiago de Chile), in Palestine known as Roberto Ketlun, is a Chilean- Palestinian football players.

The midfielder comes from the youth department of CD Universidad Católica in his hometown; In 1998, he signed his first professional contract there. In 2002 Kettlun switched to CD Palestino, a company founded by Palestinian immigrants club. Here he remained two years.

In the summer of 2003 Kettlun made ​​the jump to Europe and moved to Greece to Skoda Xanthi. Here, however, he could not prevail, and completed only four games; after all this he managed to score a goal. After just one season, the midfielder returned to Palestino.

In 2006, he was looking for a new sporting challenge and moved to Unión Española, the " arch-rival " Palestino; hereby he did not exactly popular with the fans of his former club. Since the 2007/ 08 season Kettlun plays in Italy's Serie D at FB Brindisi.

Since Kettlun had been waiting in vain for an appointment to the Chilean national team, he decided, because of its Palestinian ancestors aground for the Palestinian national team, with whom he took part in the qualifiers for the 2006 World Cup among others.
