Robin Swicord

Robin Swicord ( born 1952 in Columbia, South Carolina) is an American screenwriter and director.

Life

Robin Swicord is a busy screenwriter. So she wrote the screenplay for the Oscar-winning film Memoirs of a Geisha ( Memoirs of a Geisha ). Other screenplays she wrote for Matilda, Little Women, Practical Magic, The Perez Family, and Shag.

Her debut as a director, she gave in 1993 in the short film The Red Coat, for which she also wrote the screenplay.
