Robson Alves da Silva, often only Robson ( born November 3, 1986 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian footballer.

Career

Robson comes from the youth department of Flamengo Rio de Janeiro and came to the senior squad in 2004. In 2007, the midfielder, whose strengths lie in the duel and the opening game, released from his contract and played the following year for AD Cabofriense and Operário FC in unterklassigen professional leagues.

End of 2008, Robson was spotted by Miron Bleiberg, coach of the Australian club Gold Coast United, during a scouting trip and bound together with compatriot Jefferson.
